Arrival at the Launch Site:

On the day of your flight, you'll typically be picked up from your accommodation in the early morning hours (usually around 4:00 to 5:00 am) by our company's shuttle service.

Check-In and Briefing:

Once you arrive at the launch site, you'll go through a check-in process, where the company's staff will verify your booking. After that, you'll receive a pre-flight safety briefing by the chief pilot or another experienced crew member. They'll explain the dos and don'ts, safety procedures, and what to expect during the flight.

Balloon Inflation:

The most exciting part of the experience is watching the balloon come to life. The ground crew will start inflating the balloon using powerful fans to fill it with cold air.
