On the day of flight, our driver will pick up you from your hotels and get to the balloon take off point. The tour operator's staff will greet you and guide you through the check-in process, where you'll need to provide your reservation details and possibly sign some liability waivers.
Before the flight, you'll receive a safety briefing from experienced pilots. Pay close attention to their instructions regarding the balloon's safety features and procedures during takeoff, landing, and the flight itself.
