On this trip you’ll see the rock tombs of Dalyan from a riverboat cruise, the white sands of Turtle Beach, and visit the Mud Baths on this trip. It’s very varied and you’ll be occupied throughout the whole day.
If you’re lucky, you will see the huge Carretta turtles in the river. The guide will help with this by coaxing them to the surface with food. They are amazing animals and are a protected species. Turtle beach is one of the only places in the world where they come to lay their eggs in the evening at certain times of the year. Because they are a protected species, unfortunately no visitors will see this, as the beach is closed to visitors during these times.
